If you want me to write an appeal letter for you, please email me at: cyprusandaxi@gmail.com or Whatsapp me at: +974-31223530.

I am sorry to know that your Poland work visa got rejected. The ambassador/consular might have their reasons for not providing you with the visa. Also, the mistake might be entirely from your side too.

It’s a sad thing to think of. You have worked so hard and waited so long to reach the Poland Embassy to give an interview, but unfortunately, you didn’t get a visa when the result came. I really feel sorry for you.

But hey, it’s not the end.

Did you know you can appeal against the consul’s/ambassador’s decision within 14 days from the date of collecting the passport?

Yes, that’s right. If you disagree with their decision on your visa refusal, you can submit an appeal to the embassy.

If you think you have done everything right from the beginning and you should get the visa, you can write an appeal letter and submit it to the embassy within 14 days.

Hello everyone, welcome to the Europetutor community. My name is Aashish, and today I will walk you through writing an appeal letter for the Poland work visa rejection.

This appeal letter can also work for you if you got a student visa rejection, Schengen visa rejection, or Poland visit visa rejection.

I will divide the letter into 6 parts and explain what you should write in which section of the letter.

This is going to be a very informative article. So, I suggest you read the article till the end without skipping a single sentence.

Section 1 (The heading)

In the letter’s heading, you should write the date and the address of the concerned party. If you gave the interview to the Poland Ambassador in Delhi, India, then in the letter’s heading, you should mention the address of the Poland Embassy in India.

Here is an example:

Section 2 of Appeal letter for Poland National Visa rejection

If you had applied through VFS, then you have to write VFS Centre in the place of the Embassy.

Section 3 (Who you are)

In this section, you have to write all your personal details.
Make sure to write all the details as exact as it is in your passport. Any mistake or a typo in the information might make the appeal letter invalid.

Section 4 (Why they rejected your visa?)

When you got your document back from the Embassy or the VFS Centre, there was a refusal letter along with your passport, right? The refusal letter is full of multiple reasons. The Embassy would tick mark the reason for why they rejected your visa.

In the 4th section of the letter, you have to mention that reason and write you respect their decision, and you believe that mistake has happened, and the visa was denied incorrectly.

Usually, for the Poland employment national visa, the refusal reasons are point numbers 4, 8, 9, and 10.

Here is how you write section 4 in the letter:

Section 5 (The Explanation)

In the fifth part of the letter, you have to give a practical and logical explanation for why you should be granted Poland’s National Employment Visa. This section is the most important part of the letter, so you have to make sure you give a proper explanation.

You have to write accordingly to whatever reason you were given for the visa denial. If the reason is point number 8, you cannot give an explanation answer for point number 9.

If the ambassador thinks you don’t have a valid proof of accommodation in Poland, you should write in detail about the proof of your accommodation after reaching Poland.

The answer should be exact and to the point.

Section 6 (The END)

In the last section, you have to provide references and additional documents to support your appeal. You also have to mention your travel itinerary plans after you will get your visa.

Subject: Appeal Letter for Visa Refusal Decision

Respected Officer,

I am writing in reference to my National Employment Visa for Poland being rejected. I submitted all my documents to VFS Delhi on (Date), and my interview date at the Embassy was appointed on (Date…).

I collected my passport from VFS Delhi on (Date). The documents I received indicated that my visa has been rejected.

My personal details are:

Name:
Nationality:
Passport Number:
Citizenship Number:
Date of Birth:
Address:
Phone Number:
Email Address:

The visa rejection letter I received gave the following reason for refusing my application:

Point number 9:

There are reasonable doubts regarding your intention to leave the territory of the Republic of Poland before the expiry of the visa.

I am sure you had your reasons for not trusting my documents and having reasonable doubt, but I want to assure you that my primary purpose in going to Poland is to earn some money and return to my home country before my visa expires.

How do I prove that I will return back to my country?
Obviously, there is no logical or exact answer to this question. But I will try to answer it in a practical way, and I hope to get visa approval from you.

I am the only child of my parents. Because of bad financial conditions, I am trying to go to Poland to earn some money and support my family. As I am the only child, I cannot leave my parents for long. Also, if I planned to stay in Poland, or even go to other countries, my parents would never want to come with me.

My parents don’t want to leave (Your country Name), and I cannot leave my parents. Hence, I will work in Poland, finish my contract, gain some experience in work, return back to my family and start my own business.

I have submitted all the documents that are required by the law for my visa approval. I have also attached a copy of the documents provided to me by the company in Poland. I can assure you all the documents are genuine, authentic, and verified by the concerned authorities.

I would be thankful if you could reconsider my appeal regarding the national employment visa for Poland. As per my travel itinerary, my trip is booked for Thursday, May 06, 2021, so I hope for a positive response to my application.

Sincerely,
