The climate of Cyprus in February
February is the coldest month in Cyprus after January. The minimum temperature might go below 7°C. The average maximum temperature in February is about 16-18°C.

March is a bit warmer than January and February. And, it rains less. March is the season spring begins in Cyprus. With days getting longer, there is almost 8 hours of sunshine a day.

In April, Cyprus starts to warm up. Mornings and Evenings are a bit chillier but by the end of the month, the weather gets hotter.

In May, the weather in Cyprus changes from Spring to Summer. At the beginning of the month, the weather is somewhat windy but by the end of the month, the temperature begins to climb up.

The climate of Cyprus in June
The temperature continues to rise in June. The minimum temperature might be around 19°C. The average maximum temperature in June is about 30-34°C. In the mountains, it is pleasantly cooler with an average maximum temperature of 25°C.
The evenings in June, especially at the beginning of the month could still be a little chilly with temperatures reaching 18°C on the west coast, 20°C on the eastern-south coast, and 19°C inland.

The climate of Cyprus in July
July is one of the hottest months in Cyprus. From 12 in the afternoon to 5 in the evening, it becomes very hot. The minimum temperature might be around 22°C. The average maximum temperature in July is about 32-37°C.

The climate of Cyprus in August
August is the 2nd hottest month in Cyprus after July. Sun shines from the cloudless skies for almost 12 hours.
The minimum temperature might be around 21°C. The average maximum temperature in August is about 32-36°C.
The accumulated precipitation is expected to be low, bearing again in mind that the normal accumulation for August is very low, especially for the main plain areas.

The weather in September is still sunny and hot but not as hot as in August and July. Dry summer is there but it slowly moves towards autumn.
